Getting Your Password 

You will be directed to enter the same email that you have on file. You will then receive a temporary password to use to log in.  Once you have received the temporary password, you will be able to go back to the login screen and enter that password to login to the Online Portal. 

Signing In

Click the 'forgot your password or need a password?' button on the bottom of the page. You will be directed to enter the same email that you have on file. You will then receive a temporary password to use to log in.  

​Picking Your Classes

You will see a list of your available classes and when you have decided on the class they you want to book, you will select 'more details'. This will give you a few additional details of the class and have the option to Register.

Online Portal
You will now be able to log into our online portal to update credit cards, reserve your spot for classes, check your attendance, and more. 

Reserve A Class

Once you are in the Online Portal, you will be able to click the 'Schedule Classes' option to choose a class and reserve a spot!

Confirm Classes

After you have selected Register, it gives the option to 'Book Recurring' and 'Book this Day'. Please select 'Book this Day."
Once you have booked the class, you will receive confirmation that you are scheduled.

Kickboxing - BAG Class: No matter what fitness level, you will love the Bag Classes at Studio Fit. There is nothing like it! Class starts with a 5 minute warm up followed by a 5 minute stretch which leads into a 30 minute session on the bag followed by 10-15 minutes of conditioning and/or strength training, and a 5 minute cool down/stretch. This is a great class for all levels; beginners to elite exercise enthusiast. Take one jab and you'll be hooked.

*Gloves are required.


Power Kick - BAG/PADDLE class: Learn, develop, and perform kickboxing fundamentals and techniques through the instruction of proper form and focus with various moves such as jabs, crosses, hooks, round kicks, side kicks, back kicks ect... This class is geared toward instruction on how to deliver a powerful explosion onto the bag creating a killer cadio experience. Working through combos on the bag, mitt work, and strength conditioning all while increasing performance and agility. Having a tough day? Need to get some stress out? This is the class to HIT. This is a great class for all levels; beginners to elite exercise enthusiast.

Virtual Classes - On or Off the BAG: During our shelter in place virtual classes, recorded and LIVE, had been implemented into our platform. Bags can be delivered to you at home. Currently virtual classes ON HOLD - but if need be...we can kick them back up.
