The changing of the seasons, particularly spring, signifies a new beginning, fresh start or a renewal of life. Plants begin to bud, sun is shining, baby greens begin to bloom, hibernating wildlife awakens to the beginning of a fresh new year. It’s the perfect time to begin a self-revitalization program.
With spring comes a fresh perspective, renewed energy, all of which can be channeled into a fitness program aimed at lifestyle alterations. This is where we come into help at Studio Fit. ****This May every Friday morning from 9-10am we will be offering a FREE hour of open gym play for kids in preparation for our summer Open Gym Play Program. This is a time you can come workout and we will provide a safe, fun place for kids to get their energy out.

May 5th:Moving Day SF: Join our Rock Steady Boxing Petaluma Team for a Parkinson’s Fundraising Walk Event. Fun for the whole Family!!!
May 19th: Bay to Breakers in San Francisco. This is a fun 10k run/walk event
August 24- Tour De Fox, join our Rock Steady Team as we pedal cloers to a cure for Parkinson’s.
September 14-15th- Join our Team for Relay for Life as we walk to help find a cause for cancer! Our team will be walking in honor of our dear friend and member Karin Dismuke
September 15th- Join us for a fun 5k/10k/Half Marathon at the Clo Race right here in our home town.

Rachel will be offering education on lifestyle & food choices that will: increase energy, reduce stress, boost metabolism, help your body to recover from workouts effectively and decrease risk factors for injury and disease. Following her guidance, along with your regular workouts will help you to achieve your personal goals as well as looking and feeling your best!
